- •Implemented Morta AI as an agentic project execution layer with governed plan-preview-approve-execute-audit workflows across budgets, procurement, RFIs, inspections, reports, purchase orders, payment notices, and project documents.
- •Built a multi-agent architecture with specialized agents for project intelligence, commercial analysis, procurement, document reasoning, reporting, and workflow execution.
- •Delivered RAG and agentic RAG over live Convex data, files, specifications, historical activity, and operational records to keep AI outputs grounded in project context.
- •Built production AI foundations including an Action Registry, secure tool-calling contracts, permission-aware retrieval, approval gates, audit trails, usage quotas, token/cost tracking, and plan-based limits.
